What’s In Store For 2014?
Four of my most recent paintings all show something important about what will begin to happen in 2014, Ayin Dalet (Jewish Year 5774). I’ve never before had FOUR paintings go together to tell a complete story. It’s exciting to see how they paint a larger picture together than they do alone.
In this video, I shared with Pastor Nathan French’s congregation at The Rock Of The Harbor Church about what God is showing me about the Jewish New Year 5774, which started in September on our calendar.
I won’t spoil the video by repeating the message here, but I do want to point out that the Year 5774 is a continuation of the year 5773, which was “looking for and seeing the camels that God sent with provisions.” (You can hear my 2013 sermon about the year 5773 here.)
This year will be a transition year that will require many decisions to be made on personal levels, political levels, spiritual levels, national levels, and social levels. Many things will start unfolding in the Middle East that will turn up the contrast for the rest of the world until gray starts to disappear. The Shepherd will begin calling for His sheep, God will start awakening those who will be part of His Remnant, and political and religious situations will begin to be harder and harder to separate.
IT IS A YEAR TO GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT!
It makes complete sense that this is a year of ALIGNMENT and DECISION because next year, 2015 (Jewish year 5775) means “rescue, deliverance, help, safety, salvation, and victory”. Ayin Teshuah (Strongs #8668) is “The Eye That Sees Rescue”.
Where we stand this year makes a difference in what we experience next year!
